In January, La-Z-Boy will be introducing the second version of its mobile platform that will include zip-code based pricing to ensure consumers have accurate, local information at their fingertips, and the ability to customize furniture with any fabric (currently available online at www.la-z-boy.com). Consumers will also have access to their nearest store with contact information and directions based on geo-locating information.
The new mobile site was designed around a La-Z-Boy usability study that measured ease of navigation, aesthetics, functional performance and overall likes and dislikes.

"La-Z-Boy is well positioned to capitalize on this trend and believes that having the ability to do everything from selecting fabrics to locating a store on a mobile device will ensure the consumer has a positive experience on our site."
Also new to the La-Z-Boy site is the Style Finder feature, giving consumers the opportunity to identify their style by completing an engaging, yet short quiz. With the wide selection of great-looking furniture that La-Z-Boy offers and the hundreds of fabrics available, the Style Finder helps consumers create the room of their dreams.
Additionally, the company now offers a French Canadian and Spanish website that allows La-Z-Boy to create brand awareness and communicate with a new consumer base.
