Award-Winning Showhome in Edmonton, AB
Dana shared great news with the store:
"I went into the Edmonton store to browse, all the while creating a vision for the opening of our estate showhome. I came into contact with Ray, our sales associate. Once I explained to Ray my mission, he quickly put me in contact with Sharon, the designer/in-home consultant. We met, I provided Sharon with sample colors of the interior finishing details of the showhome, explaining my vision of the overall aesthetic feel for the home. Sharon and I had an immediate connection in terms of that vision. We met again and she presented the complete fabric line and furniture piece selection.
The end result was exquisite and exactly what I was looking to accomplish. Absolute elegance! Sharon's creativity, experience and ability to focus on the customer's needs are exceptional.
Together, with my vision and Sharon's perception, this showhome and our company was the recipient of a prestigious award in the new home building industry.
I cannot say enough about Sharon's capabilities and design experience to help create the vision of a customer. This process worked so well for our company that Sharon was involved in the finishing touches of 2 additional showhomes."

A Comfortable, Classy Home in Albany, GA
Here's a story from Henry & George:
"We live in Albany, GA and had purchased a new home in February 2008. The open design of our main living space required someone with a good sense of style and product availability to help us reach our goal of making this area comfortable and classy.
When we came into the showroom and met Beverly, we knew that we were going to be able to accomplish our goal. She showed us a wide variety of selections/options and arranged for her and Alison to come to our home for a preliminary consultation. About a week later we came back to the store and had a follow up meeting with them. It was a great experience. They presented us with a plan for furnishing and decorating the area. Multiple fabric samples and accessories were gathered and presented for our review. We left thinking, 'Wow, what an organized and well presented experience.'
Just as promised, when all the pieces arrived Alison came with the delivery and supervised the placement and finishing. The followed up later to make sure we were satisfied with the results.
Beverly and Alison came through as a winning combination. We have recommended them to friends, one of whom has already made a purchase. We are truly enjoying our comfortable classy home."

No Detail Left Untouched in Greenfield, WI
A note from the customer:
"The process started by browsing through the store and scheduling a meeting, at our house, with Jennifer & Margaret. Measurements were taken of the room and color schemes of adjacent rooms were noted. We then discussed the direction we wanted to take the room, so there would be no misunderstanding in what we were trying to accomplish.
The next step was to view the presentations at the show room. Jennifer developed a number of plans for us to view regarding the layout. Once the layout was decided we chose the furniture, fabrics and accessories. This included tables, pillows, lamps, pictures and plants. They also provided paint samples and carpet colors. No detail was left untouched.
We were able to retain the drawing of the room, so that when the furniture and accessories were delivered, there was no question on placement of pictures and accessories. Jennifer actually made notes on the drawing so that every picture would be in the exact spot.
This was our second room that we had decorated with Jennifer and Margaret from the Greenfield, WI La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store. Both turned out remarkable."
