Tiffany Dickey started working for the Kaplan's at Michael's Furniture Galleries long before they opened their La-Z-Boy store. At the full-line Michael's store, she began her career working specifically with purchase orders for multiple vendors, and when the Kaplan's closed Michael's and opened their La-Z-Boy location in 2003, Tiffany was asked to make the switch and continue working for them at their new store. She was quickly promoted to be their Operations Manager in 2004, and in 2007, Tiffany was promoted to be their top dog at La-Z-Boy, Store Manager. Since then, she's overseen a staff of 14, Greg and his warehouse staff, Tiffany Horn and the showroom staff, and her two office assistants, Erienne and Kayleigh. Most of the staff calls Tiffany "Ma'am" and she can fix any pull in any sweater and quickly reattach a button if asked. In her free time, Tiffany likes to bargain shop with her daughter, especially for kitchenware. She just had her first home built and spends lots of time just sitting and thinking about how great it looks! Her decorating style is traditional with a contemporary flair, and while her favorite piece of La-Z-Boy at her home is her Montgomery leather recliner, she also has a Montgomery leather sofa, Quinn chair and a half with ottoman, Briggs rocker recliner, Kincaid upholstered headboard, and a Hammary Parkhurst entertainment console.

Tiffany Horn began her La-Z-Boy career as Tiffany Dickey's personal office assistant in 2008. Afer working in the office and handling customer service and warranties for 3 years, Tiffany was promoted to Assistant Manager and now works in the showroom, overseeing a staff of seven design consultants. She's also the primary buyer for the store and her favorite part of her job is choosing new merchandise and working on design projects with Mrs. Kaplan. Tiffany is a newlywed who just bought her first home and likes spending her free time planning design changes for the house, reading fiction, and playing with her husband and their two dogs, Bonnie and Clyde. Tiffany is also easily the worst cook on staff and needs lots of kitchen help and advise. She has a classic and casual decorating style, and her favorite pieces from home are the Woodrow sofa, Beacon Hill chair, Walker recliner, Collins Sectional, and the Kincaid Sturlyn bed.

As the longest-standing staff member of La-Z-Boy Lafayette, Greg Drake commands respect. He started working for the Kaplan family as a driver in their Michael's warehouse almost 30 years ago and has been their service and warehouse manager since 1991. His vast knowledge of La-Z-Boy styles and mechanisms allows him to work on any and everything, and we rely on him completely. Affectionately referred to as "MacGuyver" by the rest of the staff, Greg can work on any La-Z-Boy, old or new, and can be persuaded to help out if a high heel or a watch breaks. He still remembers his first repair for the Kaplan's, a malchite cocktail table that was damaged in shipping, and he made it beautiful again with no training, just working the steps out for himself. The upstairs staff calls his shop his "lair" and doesn't touch his tools without express permission. He currently manages three other people, a full time helper and two delivery drivers, and likes to spend his free time with his four grandkids and his dog, Floyd. Greg is also an accomplished competitive bowler with a 210 average.

Erienne Phillips started her work at La-Z-Boy as Erienne Thomsen, but she quickly married her elementary school sweetheart and became Erienne Phillips. The couple just welcomed their second son, Benjamin, who joined big brother, Solomon, in August 2014. Erienne spends lots of her free time enjoying her new job as a wife and mother. There is another member to their family, however, a sweet yellow lab named Ginger. Erienne's decorating style is eclectic and she enjoys modern pieces with some age. For accessories, she takes full advantage of the talent of her friends and loves displaying meaningful and personal art pieces in her home. Her favorite La-Z-Boy piece is the Tribeca sectional and she can't wait to add one to her current collection, which includes a Daphne sofa, Aria occasional chairs, Lancer recliners, Reese recliner, and Maverick leather recliner. Erienne's favorite part of her job is finding solutions for clients.

Stephanie Buntin began with La-Z-Boy as a design consultant in 2007 and has led in sales almost every year since. Her favorite part of her job is being able to use her creativity by working with color and fabrics. Stephanie is orginally from Indiana, but has lived all over, including stints in England and California. She recently welcomed her first grandchild, and in her spare time loves decorating, design, and bling, which is why she's terrific at accessorizing and is always wearing gorgeous jewelry. She has a classic decorating style and her favorite La-Z-Boy pieces at home are the Hayden chair and the Demi chairs and ottomans.

Beth Cawby started at La-Z-Boy with a lifetime of unofficial design experience and she's very happy to now be official! While other kids were doodling their boyfriend's name in a notebook, Beth spent her childhood doodling clothing designs and saving up for a sewing machine so she could make her own comforter sets and redecorate over and over. Her life ambition is to run her own interior design business. Beth's decorating style is transitional, and her favorite La-Z-Boy pieces at home are a Rex sectional, Cadence sofa, Rowan reclner, Cosmopolitan chair, Tasha ottoman, Hammary Mercer tables, and a Kincaid upholstered bed. Beth spends most of her free time on design and DIY projects, but she finds room for her fiance', Austin, and her animals, Sampson, the golden retriever and Missy Mae, the Egyptian cat.

Haley Helwig started working for La-Z-Boy Lafayette after moving from Terre Haute, where she also worked for La-Z-Boy. She grew up in Brazil, Indiana and has one son, Gavin, who loves to play with their Corgi mix, Lady. They spend lots of free time outdoors letting Lady enjoy the water in the park. Haley calls her free time "Mommy Time," and she spends lots of it reading fiction. She's also very organized and loves reworking areas at home to make them more functional. Her favorite things about working for the Kaplan's are the people she works with and the look on a client's face when everything comes together. Haley loves knowing that she found exactly what the client wanted. She currently owns a Daphne sofa, Fresco chair, Larson recliner, and Roundabout ottoman. Her favorite piece at home is her Larson recliner.

Phil Orr's background is in accessories and broadcasting. He came to us in 2008 with a degree in Television Aesthetics for Radio and Television and 10 years of experience working in home accessories and dining. His favorite part of his work at La-Z-Boy is making sure clients don't just buy things, that they buy the right things. Phil is very proud of his own La-Z-Boy furniture and how it's held up to one of his biggest hobbies, his dogs, Dougal and Aedan. Phil's decorating style is contemporary and he currently owns a Dolce sofa, two Daphne sofas, a Fresco chair, a Jordan ottoman, numerous rugs and accessories, with a Coleman recliner, a Greyson recliner, and Kincaid upholstered bed as the most recent additions. His favorite pieces are his Coleman recliner and his Jordan Ottoman, and in his free time Phil enjoys planning design changes and entertaining with his partner.

Rhett Butler Wallace Neylan Goetz-Parham, or "T-Rhett" as the staff calls him, says not to mind the long legal name, that his parents have crazy traditions! Rhett is 24 years old and enjoys all sports and lifting. He played 3 years of college baseball at Danville Area Community College, where he received his Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts. He wants to finish his 4-year degree sometime and jokes that it will only be when Ma'am and MacGuyver are ready to let him go. Rhett says he's made great friends working at La-Z-Boy and trusts every design consultant in the building, so he was happy to purchase his first "real" furniture, a full reclining, top-grain leather Owen power sofa and loveseat with console. He says that after a long day of lifting furniture, all he has to do to relax when he gets home is sit in his Owen and push a button. He says that since he's a La-Z-Boy employee, there's nothing wrong with being a little lazy.
