disappointed
4th lazyboy recliners i've owned - disappointed in quality of tailoring and comfort - actually hurts my back and calves. doesn't seem to be as well constructed as the 2 lazyboy recliners (11 yrs old) i gave away to purchase these. also, very disappointed that lazyboy stopped including arm/head protectors - even to purchase.

Nice recliner, but.......
Very nice recliner, but the mechanism has a loud clunk when closing the chair. Went to the retailer and we were told that we have to contact LaZBoy - once the sale is done, they are out of the picture.

We recently purchased 2 recliners and are so happy with them, as they are very comfortable.
