Bad cushions
We bought the sofa and loveseat because I needed firm cushions for my bad back. Sales person said they would never breakdown. In the three years we have had the set, we had to have all five seat cushions replaced every year. Three year warranty paid for them, but now next year when they once again break down, I guess we're selling it on Craigslist.

Love this Sofa
I had never shopped at La-Z-Boy prior to purchasing my sofa 3 years ago. After shopping at several stores and not finding anything I liked, I decided to give it a shot. I fell in love with the style of this couch and was thrilled with the fabric selection. At 3 yrs old, this couch still looks like new and I continue to get tons of compliments on my selection. The cushions have retained their shape and the fabric has not faded at all, even though it sits right in front of a huge window. I am a La-Z-Boy customer for life!

Excellent "Classic" Sofa
I wanted something to be able to build a room around and chose the Mackenzie because of it's classic lines. We live on a lake in the country and recently built a new house, merging my husband's and my own things was easy with the sofa as a starting point. Only one regret - I should have gone leather right off the bat because this sofa is 9 years old and is like brand new and I can't justify replacing it just because I'd like another Mackenzie in leather...
