Poor Quality Chair
The chair is nothing like it was 5 years ago. The mechanism is thin metal, the frame is very thin and about an inch wide in all corners, and instead of made of wood it is made of cheap fiber board. The new mechanism does not have the best features of the old--now it has some plastic parts. There is very little padding in the back and seat. The springs are very sparse. Do not buy this chair. You will be sorry. I am.

The Best Recliner EVER!
I never knew what it was to have a "nap" because I could never sit comfortably in any furniture I sat in before I bought the mighty Crandell. This chair was made for me - is is like being cradled in a large hand and it is sturdy and remained comfortable and looking great for over 6 years. Great warranty service to fix a massage wand, and now - the only struggle i have is to stay awake when i sit in this heavenly cloud! Laz-y-boy is the very best by FAR!

Best Purchase!
My family has always had La-z-boy recliners in their homes. My father still has his recliner from the 80"s. While it's a little beat up, it's almost a part of our family. When my grandfather purchased this recliner I fell in love with it. I would steal his seat every time he got up.
I finally got my chance to purchase this recliner earlier this year when my husband surprised me with a trip to the Tampa La-z-boy store. He loved the chair so much, we bought two! I stand at 6' and my husband is 6'6" so this chair fits us like a dream (which is quite rare). I'll admit I've owned much cheaper recliners in the past... but never again! Thanks La-z-boy for making lifetime purchases still a thing of the present!
