Very disappointed
We were looking for a new furniture arrangement that would make our living room seem more spacious. Since our home is English country decor, we chose a pair of Pembroke loveseats with matching ottoman with the help of the store's designer, Will. The design service was wonderful; Will came to our home, took measurements, and made receommendations, all for no charge. The furniture was another story - although the tapestry fabric on the accent pillows is very nice, the fabric of the loveseats temselves looks and feels cheap, and is already starting to fray at the front edges of the armrests after only a few months. My miniature dachshunds love to sit on the back of sofas to look out the window, and the back cushions of "their" loveseat are totally squashed down and do not fluff back up to their original shape. (Another sofa of the same design from a different manufacturer is still going strong in our family room after 6 years of serving as a "dachshund lookout". This furniture was a total disappointment, and we expect we will be having to replace it within a couple of years.
