VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS SECTIONAL!

"We purchased this sectional because we trusted the La-z-boy name - boy are we dissapointed! The size is great and that's the only plus I have on this item! The mechanism that connects the sections together is such a poor design -unless you're a contortionist you won't get them togetehr easily (to say the least# and if you mannage it, it continually comes apart. Our sectional has 2 recliners #one on each end# and they are difficult to raise and lower & the backs are not holding up well at all! the cushions on the recliners are not great #understatement of the year) they shift constantly and are wearing terribly! We've only had the sofa for less than 6 months, we wish we would have gone with some other brand and style!!! VERY UNHAPPY!"

"We bought this sectional about 3 years ago, and overall we like it. WIthin the first year the cushions seemed to lose their shape and had it fixed under warranty and the replacements seem to be better. The fabric is now starting to show wear and ball-up, but it does get heavy usage."
