Short back, loses shape
We were disappointed in the Jenna sofa. The back is too short and there is no place to rest your head. The seat cushions are also short and are not comfortable for a taller person, however we're both short so this was not an issue for us. The biggest disappointment was that the sofa lost its shape very early on. The stuffing doesn't stay in place, and you can't fluff and reshape the cushions because they are attached to the frame since this is a reclining sofa. Also the fabric wrinkles very easily. If you want your sofa to keep its shape don't get a "pillowy" sofa with attached cushions!

Really nice but ...
The sofa is great. We picked it out and we like it. We have never had power before and it can be a bit of a pain as you have to put the sofa by an outlet or make arrangements for the plug-in. But we wont purchase power again--too much trouble with sinking into the floor then the dragging with the foot rests--no one told us until we complained that one had to put casters on the all the feet (8) in order for this to stop. We also bought this style in the Apt size sofa--first one had a manufacture's defect and the second one had an even worse one so we asked to return it and get a reg sofa--which the company allowed and we couldn't be more happy (softer than the power soft). This time the company stood behind his manufactured defects and did right by us. We were pleased. Hope we don't have any more problems with the other power sofa.

Great for shorter people
We purchased this sofa for my wife as I am always hogging our reclining chair. She's 5' tall and I'm over 6'. My wife loves the couch and finds it very comfortable because it fits her well, and I do not because it doesn't fit me well. For tall people, the back isn't high enough when reclined to support your head, the seat isn't deep enough for your legs when sitting without the recliner extended and the support for your legs when reclining is too short. My wife loves it. I'll stay on my reclining chair.
