I own 2 lazy boy rocker manual recliners for over 10 years (cost about $300 ea when bought) & only damage one of them has is a couple small holes a pet rabbit we had chewed. So when I 1st seen this chair in store, I loved it. So when money became available, I purchased 2. So you can imagine how very disappointed I am when after only about a month I am already had to call for repairs to the arm. Good thing I bought extended warranty, cause it looks like I am going to need it. When repair person came to check out problem, he told me that there is only cardboard in arms of chairs and you are not suppose to lean on them. Really what is the arm of chair for just decoration. Will that was back around Nov 2013 & they finally got parts & are coming 27 Jan 2014 to repair them. Along time to get cardboard. Guess we will see. I post review before but see it was removed. Was planning to buy sectional from lazy boy as well but am reconsidering.

The one I was waiting for
I had been searching for over a year for just the right chair. I am an avid reader and could not settle for a chair not conducive to that. I walked into the Lazy Boy show room and talked to the assistant manager there and gave him my list of requirements. He took he directly to a brand new model, the Niagra and it was everything I had been looking for all this time. I absolutely love my new chair!!

fantastic, esp in leather
This is the most comfortable lazy-boy chair I've ever had. The waterfall design is wonderfully comfortable, and there is lots of lower back and head support. I can't see anyone not loving this thing.
