Quality is not as good as hoped for
My special order Bradley recliner was just delivered, and I am somewhat disappointed. There is a significant wrinkle in the side of the chair due to a less than professional job on the upholstry. Also, the thin black fabric they used to cover the inner woorkings of the chair when reclined really doesn't cover the bare wood, and acturally looks cheap. : (

NOT YOUR PARENT'S LAZYBOY
I had my reservations, but the on-trend design, comfort and ease of operation impressed me. The leather quality is good, but not stiff, so we plan to "swap out" the matching recliners periodically to assure even wear (showing after just over a month because of difference in time used and weight between genders).
