I just had surgery on my right shoulder, so my old, right handed, manual recliner would have to be replaced.
Living in a large city affords me many places to chose from. I did a lot of shopping around and ended up getting the best deal in price, quality and features at my local La-Z-Boy store.
This model is top of the line and at a great price! You won't regret it.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED
Recently my job for over 30 years has been OUTSOURCED, leaving me unemployed for the first time in my life! Naturally, I was devastated. Now, at 58 years old, and having to start over. So I finally decided to get my LA-Z-BOY rocker power recliner as a gift to myself! Ahhh, just what i needed to sit back and relax, while comtiplating my next move! Loving the comfortable excellent choice I've made. So familiar and comfy, I know the buttons on the control by heart! My saleman, BJK at the Howe Rd in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio store was just great at helping me in choosing the right recliner for me. Unemployed? Yes! But chilling in luxury as I look forward to my new 'normal'. Plus now I actually have more time to relax than before! So, thank you former job, for outsourcing our department! Great reason for me to go to LA-Z-BOY and ease my pain by ROCKING AND RECLINING IN MY new POWER RECLINER! Loving it!!!!!!!!

I thought I was purchasing one of the most comfortable chairs on the market. Well, I am not happy at all with this chair. I am 5’ 11” tall and weigh about 170 lbs. I have a hard time getting in the chair because it is too high off the ground (MY feet do not touch the ground). When I do get in, it is too big. The part that I do not like the most, is when you bring up the leg rest, the chair almost immediately starts to recline. I like to put up the leg rest and sit upright or almost upright. Another problem, is if you want to rest your head back, you have to scoot down in the chair in order to rest your head on the head rest
