Quality Concerns
My wife and I bought two Lancer rocker recliners. Mine is the XR model with the power recline and lumbar support. We order the chairs with a beautiful fabric so needless to say the chairs are beautiful. We were so excited when they arrived 6 weeks after we ordered them. To my surprise from the get go my chair has had problems. It fails to recline and the headrest is not working. We called the service center and someone did come to address the issues. We are still waiting for a new controller to arrive as he seems to think that will solve the problem. Our service person was very good and polite. He added extra padding to the back of the chair to eliminate feeling the hard motor in the lower part of the back. We are keeping our fingers the new controller will fix all the issues, once they are fixed it will be a great chair.

Best money ever spent
I am not the most patient person, but these chairs were certainly worth waiting for. Can hardly wait for all my friends to try them out.

Leather Power La-Z-Boy Recliner
I highly recomend the Power Lancer recliner especially for customers with a bad or sore back. It has the perfect lumbar support and power switches to fit to your body. I have searched thoroughly many sotres & are completely satisfied. The saleslady knew her product. I have had expensive recliners before and none compare to this one. I personally also like the quality and feel of the leather.
