Ronald McDonald House Charities®

In the spirit of partnership, La-Z-Boy annually donates furniture to all Ronald McDonald Houses® and Ronald McDonald Family Rooms® in the U.S. and Canada. In each community, La-Z-Boy store associates deliver furnishings and support to these caring respites where participating families can find comfort and compassion.

Food Bank of Northern Nevada

Thanks to our wonderful and caring customers, during our Trade-In Promotion in September/October, we collected 1,198 pounds of food in donation to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada.  This brings the total to 2,637 pounds so far this year.

The Food Bank of Northern Nevada supports more than 150,000 children, elderly, ill and needy in 13 counties of Northern Nevada and 7 California counties along the eastern Sierra.  They now distribute more than 8 million pounds of food annually to those in need.

Pinocchio's Moms on the Run

Pinocchio's Moms on the Run

On Mother's Day, La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries of Reno sponsored the Annual Moms on the Run event to help the many Northern Nevada women with day to day living expenses during treatment for breast and other women's cancers.  Mom's on the Run helps an average of thirty women per month, assisting them with rent, food, gas, utilities, etc.  Funds raised by their foundation stay in Northern Nevada with 95% of the money going to people in need.  To learn more, visit:
