Career Opportunity - Store Manager
Store Manager
As a Store Manager for La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, you will be
an important member of the management team that accomplishes and
exceeds sales objectives and organizational goals by leading by
example, coaching and developing your team, implementing company
policies, improving service programs, resolving customer service
issues and building strong working relationships. The Store Manager
is responsible for the profitable operation of the store and is
involved in all levels of operations. You will be supervising a
team of Sales Consultant, a team of Designers and the office
support group. In the daily tasks and responsibilities, you will be
supported by an Associate Manager and by an Operations
Manager.
