After more than 20 years we finally decided to refurbish and redecorate our living room. Our sofa was over 40 years old and had been reupholstered twice. It has never been comfortable.
We were shopping for one sofa and two recliners. Comfort and quality were our top requirements. We have a Mission/Southwest theme. The designers were wonderful to work with. They planned an inhome visit (80 miles one way.) However, when they found out how many, many fabric samples I wanted to go through, we decided that I would bring all of my deco stuff into the store. It was hours before I finally chose the fabric for the sofa. But, it was sooo much fun! The recliners were easy, we wanted leather.
My picture does not show a finished room. After we moved the furniture into the arrangement that I had originally diagramed out, we decided that we needed one more sofa. So, we are waiting for the apartment sized sofa to arrive before we finalize our arrangement . Then we can add all of the fun touches, along with the new drapes! Thank you LazBoy! We love your new showroom and think Deyanne Barfield is almost a part of the family now.
