Our story is quite simple. We knew we needed a rocker for our baby room and we decided to look at Lazy Boy for designs and comfort. We had checked other stores but just did not find what we were looking for. I had a vision of the baby room being a theme of jungles and animals and was finding it hard to find a chair that did not clash or would break the bank. We just happen to stumble upon this chair at Lazy Boy in Spokane Washington and it was perfect. Not only does it match the theme but I did not have to change my color schemes at all. Which was a bonus because I already purchased the paint. As you can see in the photos, the animals and the tri-colored paint on top and the olive green on the bottom mesh together quite beautifully. The room is warm and inviting.
For a first time parent and the first time I have attempted to paint a theme room around a chair, I feel I did pretty good.
