Q: Can I purchase furniture online?
A: Yes, a limited assortment of our products is available for purchase online or via telephone by calling us at 1-800-375-6890. These products are marked with a shopping cart icon on our web site.
Q: Can I purchase items online for delivery outside of the continental U.S.?
A: At this time, we do not currently deliver online purchases outside of the continental U.S.
Q: How can I order a fabric swatch?
A: For the products available for purchase online, you can order a fabric swatch by calling 1-800-375-6890. To obtain sample fabric swatches for any other fabrics or leathers, please visit the La-Z-Boy retailer that’s closest to you. For our dealer locator, please click here.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: First you’ll want to verify that the item that you’re interested in purchasing is available for purchase online. You will see a shopping cart icon by the products that are available for online purchase. Click on that item and verify the fabric or leather that you would like to purchase it in. Then click the link to “purchase this item online”. You will be taken to a screen where you will enter the zip code where the item will be delivered so that we can verify that we are able to deliver online purchases to that area. Once you’ve confirmed we deliver to that area, you will enter the quantity of the item that you’d like to purchase and click the “add to cart” button. You will then be taken to the Shopping Cart page where you can view all of the items in your shopping cart. If fabric/leather protection is offered on your product, you will have the opportunity to read about it and purchase it if you are interested. You may continue shopping or proceed to check-out. Once you’ve verified that the products in your Shopping Cart are correct, you’ll proceed to the check-out screens. If you have an account set up with us, you’ll have the option to log-in so that your billing and delivery information is pre-populated. If you do not have an account with us, you may check out as a guest or set up an account as part of your check out process. You will complete the check out process by following the steps to provide your billing information and your delivery address. A confirmation page will be presented at the end of the transaction and you will also receive an email confirmation of your order.
Q: How do I pay for my purchase?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards as payment for online orders.
Q: Is the information I give you secure?
A: All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting your credit card information. If you prefer not to order online, you can place your order by phone by calling us at 1-800-375-6890.
Q: Do you offer financing for online orders?
A: At this time, we do not offer financing options for online orders. Our La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries stores offer a number of financing options in-store. Click here to locate the store closest to you.
Q: Do you charge taxes?
A: All applicable taxes are calculated for your delivery address and you will see the total applicable sales tax on the Payment & Review page during the checkout process before your order is finalized.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order by calling the call center at 1-800-375-6890. Orders may not be cancelled after they have been scheduled for delivery.
Q: What if I choose a chair or sofa, but want it covered in something different than the on-line picture?
A: Currently only a limited number of styles in select fabrics and leathers are available for purchase online.
