Q: How soon can I expect to receive my furniture?
A: Most online orders are in stock and available to be delivered within 7-14 days. Some upholstery items may need to be special ordered and delivery may take 6-8 weeks. A local La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store will be contacting you shortly after you place your order to schedule a delivery day and time that is convenient for you.
Q: Why can I not get delivery to my zip code?
A: In order to give you the best possible furniture delivery experience, we coordinate with the over 300 local La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries stores to deliver your online upholstered furniture purchase. Unfortunately that means there are a few zip codes within the continental U.S. where we are not currently able to deliver online upholstered furniture purchases. If you fall within one of those zip codes, please click here to search for the retailer closest to you that carries La-Z-Boy furniture.
Q: What are the delivery charges for online furniture purchases?
A: Your delivery charge will be calculated based on the specific furniture piece(s) you order and where the furniture is delivered to. You will have the opportunity to review your specific delivery charges on your Payment & Review page during the checkout process prior to placing your order.
Q: What happens if I am not home to receive my delivery?
A: If you are not home to receive your delivery at the scheduled date and time, your merchandise will be returned to your local La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store/warehouse.. The La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store will contact you to reschedule the delivery and you will be charged an additional delivery fee.
