Q: The tailoring on my furniture is not the same as the furniture in the dealership's showroom. Why?
A: Since our manufactured furniture allows for some minor tailoring tolerances, your furniture may not look exactly the same as the furniture in the dealer's showroom. It is the dealer's responsibility to ensure that your furniture meets manufacturing specifications before it is delivered to you. If you have questions regarding the tailoring of your furniture please contact the dealer from whom you made your purchase for assistance.
