Q: What are the Online Terms and Conditions of Sale?

Q: Can I purchase furniture online?
A: Yes, 90% of our products are available for purchase online or via telephone by calling us at 1-800-375-6890.
Q: How can I order a fabric swatch?
A: For the products available for purchase online, you can order a fabric swatch by calling 1-800-375-6890. To obtain sample fabric swatches for any other fabrics or leathers, please visit the La-Z-Boy retailer that’s closest to you. For our dealer locator, please click here.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Enter your shipping zip/postal code to see if we deliver to your area and to see accurate pricing, promotions, sales tax and shipping information.
On the product pages, use the cover filter to see different fabrics and leathers available for a particular product. Click on the cover swatch to "try it on" and to find out the price for the chosen product and cover combination.
At anytime you can:
- "Add to Cart" to purchase
- "Add to my favorites" to keep a list of your favorite combinations
- ”Share” via facebook, twitter or email with your friends and family or send to your local store”
When you are ready to check out, click "My Cart" in the top right, review the items in your cart:
- Do you want each of these items?
- How many do you want?
- If they offer Fabric Protection or Leather Protection, do you want to add it?
Make any changes to your cart, and click "Update Total"
When you are finished loading your shopping cart, click "check out". During the checkout process, you will need to enter your billing address, a shipping address (if different than your billing address) and your payment information. Please take time to review your information for accuracy before submitting. Please only click "Submit Order" once. After you order has been submitted, your local store will contact you to discuss delivery times.
Q: How do I pay for my purchase?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards as payment for online orders.
Q: Is the information I give you secure?
A: All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting your credit card information. If you prefer not to order online, you can place your order by calling us at 1-800-375-6890.
Q: Do you offer financing for online orders?
A: At this time, we do not offer financing options for online orders. Our La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries stores offer a number of financing options in-store. Find a retailer near you.
Q: Do you charge taxes?
A: All applicable taxes are calculated based on the shipping address zip/postal code you enter. The total applicable sales tax will be provided for your review on the Payment & Review page before you click "Submit Order" to finalize your purchase.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order by calling the call center at 1-800-375-6890. Orders may not be cancelled after the deposit has been charged.
Q: What if I choose a chair or sofa, but want it covered in something different than the online picture?
A: We offer over 900 fabric and leather choices! Most of the options are available online, but to see all options in person we recommend visiting your local store. Find a retailer near you.
Q: What is General Pricing?
A: An average price for the base model of a product in the fabric or leather selected. Prices vary from location to location, this price is only an estimate. To find exact pricing, please enter your zip/postal code to find your local store.
