Q: How soon can I expect to receive my furniture?
A: Your local La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store will be contacting you shortly after you place your order to discuss and schedule the delivery time. Most products are stocked in several covers and the rest of the covers are special order meaning it will take a little longer to receive. Depending on the product and cover you choose and your location, the delivery could be 1 day to 10 weeks out. Your local store will be able to give you a more specific delivery time once they receive your order. If you are not happy with the time frame, your local store will let you know what is in stock and ready for quick delivery and your order can be modified without penalty before the deposit is charged.
Q: Why can I not get delivery to my zip code?
A: In order to give you the best possible furniture delivery experience, we coordinate with the over 300 local La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries nationwide to deliver your online upholstered furniture orders. Unfortunately that means we are not able to offer online ordering for some areas of the country. If you fall within one of those zip/postal codes, please search for the retailer closest to you that carries La-Z-Boy furniture.
Q: What are the delivery charges for online furniture purchases?
A: Your delivery charge will be calculated based on the specific furniture piece(s) you order and where the furniture is delivered to. You will have the opportunity to review your specific delivery charges on your Payment & Review page during the checkout process prior to placing your order.
Q: What happens if I am not home to receive my delivery?
A: If you are not home to receive your delivery at the scheduled date and time, your merchandise will be returned to your local La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store/warehouse.. The La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store will contact you to reschedule the delivery and you will be charged an additional delivery fee.
