Step 1: Selecting
Shopping online at La-Z-Boy is now easier than ever. To start shopping, you have the option of clicking "Shop by Products," “Rooms,” or “Collections” at the top of the page. Or you can select “See What’s New” at the left side of the page. We will click on "Recliners" under “Shop by Products.”
You will now see our selection of recliners. You can look through our selection page-by-page or you can narrow down your search by using the sort tool on the left side of the page. In this example, we will sort by selecting “All” styles,” “Rocking Motion” function and “Leather” cover.
Click on an item to see more detailed information. To purchase the item, click the blue "Add to Shopping Cart" button.
You will be able to review the items in your shopping cart, and edit the quantities. You may go back to shopping as many times as needed before checking out.
Step 2: Purchasing
Once you are finished selecting your items, click on the “Check out” button at the bottom of the page.
If you are a returning customer, enter your email address and password in this section for a speedier checkout. New customers have the option to enter a password after their information is entered.
Enter your billing information as it is shown on your credit card account. Note: Incorrect billing name or address can result in a delayed or canceled order.
Step 3: Payment
Enter your credit card information. La-Z-Boy accepts: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards
Receipt
This receipt will give you an order number as well as list the merchandise you purchased. A copy of the receipt will be sent to your e-mail address.
