"this chair was a cheap chair, so i guess i shouldnt have expected too much.
this chair was noisy and creeky from the day we got it delivered. sounds like its a 5o year old creeky rocking chair.Its noisy sitting down in it and the whole back creeks when you lean on iit like the wood it going to break. i dont expect it to last moret than two years itll be junk. I already have to put a back cushion on it
will not buy a chair like this again,"

"We owned several recliners in the past and we bought two (2) Rialto Recliners. They are the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE recliners we ever bought.
Not wide enough and the back cushions are over-stuffed that your head is pushed forward.
If I could, I would return both of them."

Still the best chair in the house

"My Rialto leather chair is still the best chair in the house after 10 years! Yes my chairs are 10 yrs old and they are still in great condition and are very comfortable. I have cleaned and treated the leather a few times and they still look great. No stains or wear marks at all, great dyed leather match. I bought 2 chairs at the same time and both are in very good condition and they look good to boot."
