Very Unsatisfied
We bought this sectional about one year ago, choosing a different fabric than on the sofa in the store. When we first received the sofa, it seemed to be fine and exactly what we ordered. As time went on we saw sagging of the cushions (seat and back). La-z-boy collected parts of the sofa and restuffed the cushions. However, as time went on, the sagging returned. Our previous sofa was a sectional from la-z-boy and we loved it! I think the quality of the furniture has declined. I would not purchase this sofa again. Sad to no longer have a trusted source for future furniture purchases.

Not totally pleased
I've had this sectional now for about 5-6 months. I have to say that it is comfortable but because it gets used everyday, the cushions on the backs of the recliners aren't as full as when I first purchased it. I just don't think that after only 5-6 months they should be that worn. It also makes noise when you first sit down on it. I've checked to make sure all the attachments are hooked properly. I've never had a sectional before, so I'm not sure if it does that because it's a sectional. I'm not sure that I would recommend this sectional, that is why I've rated it in the middle.

Wow!!! Wow!!! Wow!!!
I'm the kind of person that complains when I'm not happy with service, quality, etc. In the same way, I compliment and give kudos when I'm happy with those things.
That being said: Wow!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! If I could rate this furniture a 10, I would. THE MOST COMFORTABLE furniture I've EVER seen. The fabric is SOOO plush and soft. It reminds me of a big, soft, plush, teddy bear. We chose the chocolate color and it's gorgeous. It's soft but not too soft. Firm but not too firm. I know I'm going on and on but good grief! I'm ridiculously happy with it.
I have a pain disorder that makes my skin very sensitive. This fabric, against my skin, is so comfy. That's VERY important when you have a chronic pain disorder. The little things are important. :)
OK, I think you get the picture. Love it, love it, love it!!! As other reviewers have said, you won't want to get off of this comfy furniture.
I make a lot of online purchases but I wouldn't recommend buying furnitre online, because you can't negotiate or take advantage of holiday and other sales. We bought from a brick and mortar and got a good sale price and great service.
