Disappointed
My husband and I were looking for something completely comfortable with a rocking and swivel mechanism, especially since we had just had a baby. Had it covered in a premium leather for long wear and beauty. Sadly, both chairs have had issues and of coarse these issues appeared 3 months out of the 1 year warranty period. We are now onto a 2nd tech for the repairs, with a second minimum fee to diagnose the problem. The premium leather is rubbed off on various points all over the chairs. We are very disappointed with this purchase.

I love the look and function of this chair. There are two issues I have encountered; due to my short stature the seating is at a depth that my feet don't reach the floor, if I use a pillow behind me, I slip around because I ordered it in leather. Who knew? Another surprise was the padding does not extend outside the frame and it is noticeable.

These chair are great! I bought four of them for a conversation area and they are even better than I had hoped. I ordered them sight-unseen as they we newly available. They totally capture the look I was going for. I'm back on the La-z-boy website to look at more fabric samples - I have a place for two more chairs and I'm thinking these are the ones!
