Disappointed
Purchased both sofa and loveseat in Nov. 2010. Received them in Jan. 2011. Loved them when I got them, now, Aug. 2011, the front of the cushions are broken down on both loveseat and sofa. I have rotated the cushions to try to keep them from breaking down and all cushions, 5 total, are now broken down in the front. This causes you to feel like you are being tumped forward off the sofa. Fabric still looks great and the springs to both are still in great shape, it is just the cushions that are in bad shape.

great sofa
We looked at at least 10 different stores to get a good idea on the prices and quality we wanted and kept coming back to Lazboy for both. We love the Collins sofa,chair and ottoman we bought! We have a puppy and two cats so we wanted something to last years and look timeless and we got both! The warranties are also something we took into account and we're thrilled!We are going to get the recroom furniture there too!!

This Sofa is The Best Yet!
I just had to buy this sofa after visiting a friend with the same one. A lot of times a sofa looks comfy, but when you sit on them, they just aren't. Well, this one was, I fell in love with it and just had to get one. I ordered the same sofa in a funky orange patterned material and can't wait to sit on it every evening after a long day at work. My younger son is a couch potato and just loves it. I told him it was named after him...Lazy Boy. Great size, lots of lay-down room and awsome service.
