Seriously Comfortable
I searched for a long time to find a couch that I really liked and that was comfortable. I looked at several name brand couches, Bernhardt, Smith Brothers, Flexsteel.... when I sat on the Lazy Boy Collins it just fit and felt so comfortable. It is now in our family room. A friend of ours has had her Lazy Boy couch and love seat for 15 years and it's still in great condition

I just bought this sofa and I LOVE It! I cannot wait to go back and buy more :)

Disappointed
Don't buy this sofa unless you are tall wih long legs. The seat is way too deep for me and others who have sat on it. If you push yourself to the back you can't bend your legs at the knees. Also the back is not straight but somewhat reclined. So even if you're tall enough but prefer a straight back you won't like this sofa. With the back cushions attached you can't adjust them either to help this situation. If you enjoy sitting up at one end of the sofa with your legs on the rest of it the low arms don't provide enough back support even with a pillow. If you want to sleep on it, this sofa is very comfortable for that purpose anyway.
I hadn't purchased a new sofa for many years and was looking forward to having something nice and new that would be comfortable. I shopped several stores before buying from La-z-boy mainly because of their quality. When testing the floor model I didn't notice that "the fit wasn't right" for me. So now I am stuck with a nice quality sofa that looks good and gets little use.
If you are considering purchasing this item be sure to go to one of the stores and try it out in all positions.
