Comfort is great. However:
1. when two chairs were delivered, the bottom of the base on both chairs were damaged. The Store Manager agreed to replace it.
2. The wood frame as well as the base should have been plywood, not particle board.

Lazboy Rocks
This is one of two recliners I purchased in January 2011. It is so comfortable I have used it to sleep in when I've had company overnight. The material is smooth & cool. It really is the most comfortable Lazboy recliner I have ever purchased. I purchased it on sale and it is definitely a great buy for my money. I have owned four Lazboy recliners & one Lazboy hide-a-bed queen sized deluxe sofa. I would recommend Lazboy furniture to everyone for quality workmanship & great comfort. :)
