Qualifications for an

About This
Opportunity
We offer 60 days of training pay and
bonuses on delivered sales made during that period. This position
has a commission rate between 8-11% on delivered sales. Our team in
Greenville earn between $40,000 & $45,000
their first year, and after that up to and exceeding $100,000
annually. We are looking for that one special professional to help
us continue to provide our clients with an exceptional experience
every time. You will be working with an award-winning
team with an impressive track record. Our working hours are from
9:30 am until 6 pm or noon to 8 pm weekly and 9 am until 6 pm on
Saturdays and 1 until 5 pm Sunday. Our work schedule is
approximately 42 hours weekly and 2 days off every week. We
offer big company benefits and insurance is available. Profit
sharing plus a 401 K that provides up to an 80% match of the
employees contribution available to employees with 1 year of
service and more.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate
professional that has experience in selling big ticket retail;
selling time within the fashion industry; has a flair for color,
space planning, design and someone that is willing to put forth the
energy and effort necessary to earn a far above average income to
become a valued and contributing member of our team. The ideal
candidate will also be persistent while striving to create
long-term customer relationships that will lead to increased sales
and profitability.
Your Responsibilities
Include:
- Ensuring that every La-Z-Boy
customer has an informative and exceptional experience through
the utilization of superior customer service and knowledge of the
La-Z-Boy product offerings.
- Exceeding minimum expectation sales goals and contribute to the
store's overall sales achievement through the demonstration of
professional sales skills
- Make home calls with a professional degreed Interior
Designer
- Qualify guest utilizing specific discovery questions
- Daily client follow-up for past orders and prospects
- Maximize store promotions and marketing initiatives
- Provide superior 'after the sale' services such as Thank You
cards and Telephone Follow-up
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members
and leaders
- Ensure the La-Z-Boy gallery always represents a professional
atmosphere
- Nightly cash-out responsibility

our Charlotte Gallery. The Charlotte Gallery is one of
the most beautiful and well accessorized La-Z-Boy Galleries in the
Southeast. We continue to have nice increases in sales and traffic
over a very good 2013. This is the reason for additional
professional help wanted! We offer the best and most generous
commission plan in furniture sales. These two will have excellent
rapport and trust building characteristics, somewhat knowledgeable
and /or interested in space planning, focal points, color and
texture in the home furnishing environment. Having the
experience or the ability to work in a team environment will be
critical to a positive decision. This is an exciting
opportunity for a career minded, highly energetic, "multi-tasker"
that enjoys meeting people and earning big money. Our core group of
professionals has been with us from 3-8 years and excels in sales
and income. We work a 42 hour work week. Our Designer and Sales
Consultants have won La-Z-Boy's Pinnacle Award for sales and design
for our region, right here in Little Rock. We are a proud team.
