About the
Opportunity:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day store operations
and supporting the customer service and selling philosophies in
accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws. In
addition, the Store Manager is responsible for managing the inside
sales staff, safety, recruiting, training; planning, assigning and
directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, coaching and
disciplining employees; addressing grievances and resolving
problems.

ADDITIONAL CORE MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruiting
- Responsible for creating and
delivering performance management appraisals within the department
in order to improve the inside sales function
- Administer "Coaching"
forms
- Develop and administer
Corrective Action Notices
- Conduct employee separation
meetings
- Ensure compliance with
applicable occupational safety and health regulations
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be organized and detailed
oriented
- Must exhibit a high degree of
professional excellence characterized by sound
independent
- judgment, initiative, and high
standards of ethics
- Must maintain high levels of
confidentiality at all times
- Must be able to work evenings,
weekends and holidays as required in a successful retail
environment

have the ability to use common office equipment

EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or
equivalent and/or adequate work experience in related
area
