Qualifications:
Ability to develop rapport with clients and maintain strong working relationships.
Pursues work with insatiable energy and drive.
Demonstrates a high level of creativity and an interest in Interior Design.
Sets high expectations. Drives performance towards outstanding results.
Clearly communicates and effectively listens to clients wants, needs, and desires.
High School graduate required, higher education a plus.
Prior retail sales experience helpful to your success, but not required.
Prior furniture experience not essential.
Able to work varied shifts, hours, days and weekends.

Position Responsibilities:
Create sales utilizing exceptional customer service and knowledge of La-Z-Boy products.
Achieve personal sales goals.
Achieve certification through La-Z-Boy programs.
Ensure each customer has and informative, positive experience.
