Adda’s passion for Interior Design is evident from the moment she steps into your home. As she discusses your interests, lifestyle and living space it is her goal to create a warm and welcoming place for you to come home to! From comfortable furnishings, area rugs, tables and lighting to a multitude of accessories, La-Z-Boy’s complimentary In-Home Design program offers you a variety of incredibly beautiful pieces suitable for every design and lifestyle. Being a part of a military family saw her move many times as a child from France to Ontario and Quebec finally landing her in the Comox Valley. After working in a variety of industries including, international shipping, engineering and sales her position in Designer Sales with Jordans Interiors in Vancouver brought her back to her passion. She then realization that it was time to pursue her dream and she completed her Interior Decorating Diploma through the Scheffield School of Interior Design. Life with her contractor husband has also contributed to her vast knowledge in design after living through many home renovations and other building and landscaping projects. Adda has been with our Courtenay store since we opened in the summer of 2013. You will see her expertise and staging influence throughout the store in our colorful displays and vignettes. She is thrilled to have accepted the In-Home Designer position and looks forward to collaborating with you to achieve your “hearts desire” creating a home suiting your needs and celebrating your unique style.
