We are searching for our next "SUPER STAR" Lead Interior Designer to run our In-home Design Program. We have an immediate opening at our beautiful Santa Rosa location. You bring the talent and we'll teach you how to apply it to our business.

Are you a talented Designer with the ability to lead and inspire others?  Do you have a positive attitude and sincerely care about our clients?  Does helping guide clients by listening and understanding their vision to create beautiful environments that represent their life style and taste sound like your design process?  If so, this is an amazing opportunity to join our La-Z-Boy design team!

Our unique Design Program offers complete Interior Design services to our clients.  In this position you will meet with and develop a client relationship, conduct house calls with clients and sales staff, create the interior design plan, conduct in-store presentation with your clients, and process the orders for the finished design. You will also be involved in merchandising and maintaining our beautiful showroom while accomplishing organizational goals and achieving our company mission "To passionately create customers for life, one exceptional experience at a time".
